Tammy McCarty

Tammy McCarty serves as Managing Director, Human Resources Consulting, with Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. An adaptable, performance-focused HR executive, Tammy is recognized in the industry for more than 25 years of leadership development success, executive leadership and HR expertise. Delivering a consistent record of extraordinary results in strategic planning/execution, performance management and program building, she has designed, implemented, spearheaded and improved a wide array of strategic and tactical HR objectives in a variety of industries. Throughout her tenure, Tammy has earned a reputation as a strong, dynamic leader by recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, coaching and directing diverse teams of up to 20 people through HR, marketing and sales operations. She also has a proven track record of employing strong business acumen and data analysis to enhance leadership capability and employee engagement within fast-paced environments.

Previously, Tammy served as the president of Strategic HR Services at Cox Consulting Network. In addition, she established and implemented strategic HR plans for company growth and innovation in accordance with organizational values by collaborating with the executives at Aeglea BioTherapeutics, NRCCUA, Compass Learning and Dachis Group, among others.

Tammy holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication — Human Relations from Texas Christian University.
