Stacy Silkaitis

Stacy Silkaitis is Director of Global Publications for the Research and Insights team within Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. She leads the strategy and development of the division's core, global thought leadership, including benefits and salary planning benchmarking surveys, best-in-class analyses and industry trend reports.

Ms. Silkaitis has extensive experience in creating compelling content that highlights product or service value. Working with executive-level subject matter experts in the U.S., Canada, U.K. and Australia, Ms. Silkaitis and her team connect the dots between each of Gallagher's different offerings and demonstrate the organization's unique expertise in helping employers attract, retain and engage the talent they need—within an appropriate cost structure —to make their business successful.

Ms. Silkaitis graduated from Valparaiso University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
