Scott Hamilton

Scott Hamilton is the global chairman of Human Resources and Compensation Consulting. He has extensive experience in developing programs that affect all levels and all aspects of pay delivery systems and alternative reward programs. With a diverse multi-national client base, Gallagher consultants are involved in developing reasonable and timely HR, compensation and benefit solutions across the entire spectrum of the constantly changing business environment.

Scott helps clients develop a holistic, total rewards approach that factors in strategic and organizational goals, business issues, employee preferences and communication strategies, to optimize outcomes through planning, annual reviews and recalibration. It involves developing HR, compensation and benefit solutions in a changing business environment, including programs that affect all aspects of human capital strategies, pay delivery systems and alternative reward programs.

Scott has an MBA from Loyola University Chicago's Quinlan School of Business and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Illinois. He's actively involved with industry associations nationwide and has presented at local and regional conferences, including the conferences of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA). Scott has also made presentations to the American Public Power Association, North Florida Compensation & Benefits Association, Georgia Hospital Association, Metropolitan Chicago Healthcare Council, Healthcare Financial Management Association and several other organizations.
