Regional Practice Leader, HR Technology Consulting Practice
In his current position, Rob assumes the responsibility of providing regional sales leadership for our HR and Benefits Technology practice. His primary objective is to foster collaboration, develop strategies and drive growth across the region to assist employers in modernizing their benefit technology. Additionally, Rob plays a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing their HR technology, enabling them to effectively address their technology considerations that impact their ability to drive and support their human capital strategy. As the practice leader, Rob also supports the regional Gallagher Health and Benefits teams by evaluating and supporting their clients' needs as they navigate the ever-changing technology landscape.
Over the course of the past 15 years, Rob has honed his expertise in the HR technology field. During this time, he held the position of Group Marketplace leader at Willis Towers Watson, where he spearheaded the adoption of an integrated, modern technology approach for consultants and advisors as benefit technology evolved within the industry. Before that role, as vice president of Sales at WTW, Rob collaborated with employers and consultants to address the specific requirements of retiree populations, offering comprehensive technology and delivery solutions through their Medicare Marketplace.
With a wealth of experience spanning more than 35 years, Rob has a strong operational background in consulting. He's worked across various health benefit disciplines, including technology, provider and network contracting and relations, account management, and wellbeing.
