Rhonda P. Marcucci, CPA

Rhonda Marcucci is Vice President, HR & Benefits Technology Consulting Practice within Gallagher's Benefits and HR Consulting division. As the practice leader, she is responsible for leading a team of consultants who deliver tailored solutions that encompass business strategy and the sourcing, implementation and optimization of HR technology to support an employer's people strategy.

Her team also works with carriers, technology service providers, investors and other industry stakeholders, which provides a deep working knowledge of the market and its many players. The Practice is widely respected for its ability to identify a provider with a best-fit solution for the client's needs and available resources and to ensure recommended solutions deliver the success promised.

After identifying and bringing to market a number of profitable new business lines for a large national insurance brokerage and risk management company, Rhonda launched Gruppo Marcucci in 2005, a boutique consulting firm focusing on the HR and benefits technology outsourcing marketplace. Gruppo Marcucci became the industry's go-to source for anyone wishing to understand, enter or penetrate the benefits administration market. In 2017, Gruppo Marcucci was acquired by Gallagher.

Rhonda earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Millikin University and a Masters in Finance from Loyola University—Chicago. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Illinois CPA Society, the American Institute of CPAs and International Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM).
