Rebecca Atamian

Since January 2024, Rebecca Atamian has served as strategy and operations lead for Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting business line.

Rebecca has consulted with clients and led consulting teams for more than a decade, helping with strategy development, organization design and transformation, service delivery and technology, workforce planning and talent management, project management, and change readiness and management.

She most recently led Growth Strategy and Operations for Buck globally. Prior to that, she served as Buck's Management Consulting practice leader and led Buck's Client Discovery and Strategy team, which facilitated strategic planning sessions with Buck's most important clients.

In her current role, Rebecca is responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of the business line's strategic plan, setting merger and acquisition priorities, and driving margin growth through operating model, process and technology optimization. With a practical and approachable style, she works closely with practice and sales leaders to sustain top- and bottom-line business performance.

Rebecca is a graduate of Colgate University, with a BA in biology and Asian studies. After a 12-year stint in New York City, she now lives in Denver with her husband and two sons.
