Randy Ellis

Randy Ellis is a Senior Consultant in the Biopharmaceutical Practice of Research & Insights, a service line of Gallagher's Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice. Randy provides research, communication and consulting services to biopharmaceutical clients seeking to better communicate and position their companies in the employer and managed care markets. Randy, along with his colleagues, identifies creative ways for biopharma companies to distinguish themselves and their products in a crowded marketplace.

Randy has worked as a health care consultant for different organizations providing services to hospitals, physician clinics, health care systems and biopharmaceutical manufacturers. At one point in his career, Randy was also a hospital administrator. His project experience ranges from strategic, business and financial planning for hospitals and physician clinics, to market research and creating communications materials for biopharmas and other organizations in the healthcare field. Randy brings his science background and broad knowledge of the health care industry to bear on client engagements. Additionally, his experience as a management consultant enables him to work effectively with clients to assess their needs and identify problems, and then formulate and help implement solutions.

Randy earned a Master of Science in Public Health degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri. He had previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology degree from the same university.
