Rachel Swanson

Rachel Swanson is a senior consultant with the Physician Compensation and Valuation service line of Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. Rachel has more than 10 years of consulting experience. In addition to her consulting services, Rachel is closely involved with the Physician Compensation and Valuation analyst team, as well as the service line's nationally recognized provider compensation surveys.

Rachel helps clients improve the financial performance of their physician practices and ensure they meet regulatory compliance. Her areas of specialization focus on audit, design, implementation of provider compensation models and total compensation compliance audits by analyzing compensation models against related market compensation data and productivity metrics. Her client base is national and includes large multi-specialty clinics, integrated healthcare systems, stand-alone hospitals, prestigious academic medical centers and children's hospitals.

Rachel has earned a Master's of Business Administration from Concordia University and graduated from Minnesota State University in Mankato, Minnesota, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in corporate finance, with minors in accounting and business administration.
