Morgan Todd Ledford is a managing director with Gallagher's Executive Search and Leadership Advisors practice.
Morgan brings more than 25 years of HR strategy, HR business partnership and talent management leadership experience to her consulting practice. Her experience includes such industries as healthcare, technology and retail spaces in small, mid-size, and large Fortune 500 global organizations.
Morgan's passion is helping organizations attract, grow and leverage talent and people strategies to drive business outcomes. She is a trusted expert and partner, advisor and executive coach. Data savvy and outcome driven, Morgan serves as a change enabler working to harness innovation and best practices, translating them into inspiring, achievable, and practical talent solutions.
Before becoming a consultant, Morgan held leadership roles encompassing the full scope of the talent lifecycle, including talent attraction; assessment; development; organizational design; diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEI&B); culture and engagement; performance enablement; change management and succession planning for senior leaders and C-suites.
Morgan has served as VP of Talent Management & DEIB at Omnicell. Before that role, she spent 11 years with McKesson in progressively responsible positions, serving as VP of Talent Partnership/Talent Management as well as in HR business partner leadership roles. Her experience also encompasses HR leadership roles at Ironworks Consulting, Circuit City and ProQuest.
Morgan earned a BA in psychology from Davidson College, graduating Phi Beta Kappa, and an MS in human resources and organizational development from Eastern Michigan University. Morgan lives in Richmond, Virginia.
