With more than 20 years of consulting experience, Matt is a managing director with Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice, and manages the consulting team in the Chicago area. As a consulting leader, Matt oversees a team of experts who provide guidance and support to clients on a range of compensation-related issues.

Matt has a wealth of experience and expertise in designing and implementing effective compensation strategies that drive business success. With a passion for helping organizations attract and retain top talent through competitive compensation packages, he has established himself as a trusted advisor to boards of directors, senior executives and HR professionals across a range of industries.

Matt received his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in human resources.
