Mackenzie Sexe

MacKenzie Sexe is a senior consultant with the Compensation and Rewards division of Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. MacKenzie's expertise is in organization structures and positions, properly benchmarking each position within the study to its appropriate match. In her role, she anayzes data to determine competitive levels of pay for the cash compensation analysis.

MacKenzie brings more than six years of healthcare consulting experience working with clients at Gallagher, in addition to previous experience in the healthcare industry.

MacKenzie attended the University of Kansas as a NCAA Division 1 athlete, graduating with a bachelor's degree in business administration. MacKenzie earned her MBA from the University of Kansas in 2023.
