Lori Besemer

Lori Besemer is a Senior Consultant with the Compensation and Rewards Consulting service line of Gallagher's Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice. Lori has over 15 years of compensation consulting experience in executive pay and broad-based compensation, including competitive assessments, custom peer group analysis, custom survey preparation and data analysis.

Lori specializes in executive compensation and governance at tax exempt organizations, including health care, assisted living facilities, medical research, higher education, foundations and associations.

Lori earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Centenary University.
