Lenora Cano Emerson

Lenora Cano Emerson comes to Gallagher with over 25 years of employer benefits administration and benefits outsourcing experience.

Lenora's primary experience was cultivated in the employer benefits administration world as a regional lead and U.S. benefits manager within the energy industry after starting in the benefits outsourcing arena in the late 90s. She is focused on process documentation and continuous improvement and has a passion for building trusting relationships and delivering best-in-class service to her internal and external customers.

As her passion is to provide best-in-class service, Lenora opted to change career paths from benefits administration as an employer to join the Gallagher family as part of the HR Outsourcing team as an HR consultant where she will bring her expertise in U.S. benefits to help navigate desired change for our clients.

Lenora is highly devoted to her family which consists of 3 adult children, 28, 31 & 34, and 5 grandchildren ages 13, 9, 3, 2, and 9 months. She has the privilege of helping with football activities with her 13-year-old grandson every season. Her hobbies include trying new restaurants, cooking meals for family or friends in need, fishing, and anything involving being by a large body of water.
