Lee Weisiger, MS, CCP

Lee is a Managing Director with Gallagher's Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice. Lee is based in Richmond, Virginia where he is responsible for managing the branch and oversees compensation, executive compensation and talent solutions client engagements.

Expertise

Prior to joining Gallagher, Lee owned a regional HR Consulting firm, The Titan Group, focusing on compensation and total reward clients. Prior to starting Titan, Lee served in various management capacities involving compensation and executive compensation. Roles included Vice President of Compensation at Crestar Bank, Senior Consultant with Mercer Consulting, Vice President of Compensation at Signet Bank and Director, Compensation and Human Resources at Capital One. In addition to managing the Richmond branch, Lee works with public and private sector clients in designing total rewards strategies and programs at the staff and executive level.

Academic

Lee received a B.A. in American History from the University of Virginia and his M.S. in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations from Virginia Commonwealth University. He has also completed the Change Management program at the University of Virginia and the Negotiations Program at Harvard University.
