Jon Delaney

Jon Delaney is a consultant and analyst manager with the Physician Compensation and Valuation team of Gallagher's Compensation and Rewards Consulting practice. Jon assists clients to improve the financial performance of their physician practices and to ensure they meet regulatory compliance.

Jon's expertise includes analyzing compensation practices of client organizations to help determine market competitiveness, internal equity and effectiveness. He routinely completes healthcare system audits for clients and has ample experience pulling custom data sets from Gallagher's internal database and the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) Datadive. Additionally, Jon's very active in survey outreach and the survey cleaning process, and in responding to questions related to survey participation and filling out questionnaires.

His national client base encompasses organization ownership types from independent groups to large employed health systems, and service areas from rural health centers to prestigious academic medical centers in large urban areas.

Jon received his Bachelor of Science degree in actuary science from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Jon earned an MBA with a specialization in healthcare from the University of Minnesota and is a fellow of the Medical Industry Leadership Institute program.
