James Dalluge

James Dalluge is a Principal Consultant with Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. James has over 10 years of experience in compensation and four years of compensation consulting experience. James has experience in the healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, restaurant, retail, logistics, and the professional services industries.

James specializes in broad base compensation projects which include compensation strategy development, market benchmarking, competitive market analyses, compensation structure development, and cost analysis. He also has experience in managing projects that involve custom compensation survey design, incentive compensation design, and executive compensation.

James has a M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa.
