Erik Byrum

Erik Byrum is a Senior Consultant with the Compensation and Rewards service line at Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice.

Erik has extensive experience with compensation consulting and analysis within the fast-paced, rapidly changing healthcare space. He has a talent for developing new compensation strategies, demonstrating innovative process improvements and adapting to diverse markets and complex situations.

Prior to joining Gallagher, Erik worked for HCA Healthcare as a compensation consultant. In this role, Erik lead compensation analytics and modeling and managed compensation activities and analysis for internal lines of business.

Erik graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Operations Management.
