Elisa Camacho

Elisa Camacho is a Principal Consultant with Gallagher's Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice. Ms. Camacho's responsibilities include project management, research and analysis on base pay plans, incentive plans, executive compensation projects, salary administration reviews, and the application of labor market research data. She excels at assisting clients in implementing and executing their cash compensation plans, as well as supporting clients with all HR needs.

Prior to joining Gallagher, Ms. Camacho was a compensation and benefits consultant at Hewitt Associates Latin America (now Aon Corporation), where she led data collections efforts and managed over 50 client accounts. She was also a Human Resources Consultant at Cotamsa, a consulting firm focused on private educational institutions. In these roles, Ms. Camacho's knowledge of international compensation flourished. Additionally, Ms. Camacho is a California labor market data expert.

Ms. Camacho has a B.S. from the Universidad Anahuac, Mexico City, majoring in Industrial Engineering. She spent a year as a foreign exchange student and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Ms. Camacho is a member of WorldatWork Bay Area Compensation Association, NCHRA, and SHRM. She is close to attaining WorldatWork's Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
