Dorothy has more than 30 years of risk management experience and leads one of Gallagher’s largest practices. She is responsible for delivering products and services that will serve the public sector – including public and private schools. In addition, she has created education curriculum and training for the Public Risk Management Association (PRIMA) and the University Risk Management & Insurance Association (URMIA) on how to implement ERM using ISO 31000 and developed online training to supplement in-person workshops.
