Dan Petric

With more than 10 years of consulting expertise, Dan Petric is a senior consultant with the Gallagher Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice.

Dan has led and conducted a wide range of executive and staff compensation projects within a variety of market segments. He has extensive experience in analyzing internal equity and market competitiveness, and provides recommendations and cost projections based on the financial resources of a client and the current market conditions.

Additionally, Dan has conducted several custom surveys including compensation, benefits, total rewards, wider feedback or 360 reviews, and employee engagement surveys. He's also designed surveys for governing boards and search committees to gather feedback from stakeholder interviews during the selection process.

Dan received his bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in economics and currently pursuing his Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in human resources from Loyola University Chicago.
