Dan Petric is a seasoned senior consultant with Gallagher's Human Resources Compensation and Consulting practice, boasting more than 15 years of experience in the field. His expertise encompasses a diverse array of executive and staff compensation projects across various market segments. Dan specializes in evaluating internal equity, assessing market competitiveness and delivering recommendations tailored to clients' financial resources and prevailing market conditions.
Additionally, Dan has conducted several custom surveys including compensation, benefits, total rewards, wider feedback or 360 reviews, and employee engagement surveys. He's also designed surveys for governing boards and search committees to gather feedback from stakeholder interviews during the selection process.
Dan received his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his master's degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources from Loyola University Chicago.
