Charlotte Jensen is an Human Resources Consulting Manager of the Gallagher Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice.
Charlotte has served the human resources field for more than 29 years. Her extensive experience with both large, publicly-held companies and small, private organizations across numerous industries makes her uniquely qualified to bring forward-thinking solutions to her clients. With a strong generalist background, Charlotte offers broad experience in the entire employment life cycle. Her sound and practical approach solidifies her reputation as an Human Resources partner.
Prior to joining Gallagher, Charlotte's human resources experience included Director of Human Resources at Children's Museum of Richmond, Human Resources Manager at Carrier Corporation, and a number of years as a consultant, providing human resources support to organizations across the United States.
As a consultant and trusted advisor for Gallagher, she partners with clients on a variety of projects including Human Resources assessments, employee handbooks, compliance requirements, and Human Resources administration. Additionally, with expertise in compliance and regulatory matters, provides strong support to clients with their day-to-day employment and workplace challenges.
Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Master's degree in Education (teaching), both from Virginia Commonwealth University. Charlotte also holds a Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University.
