Brett Buchanan

Brett Buchanan is an Associate Consultant with the Compensation and Rewards service line of Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. His primary focus is staff through executive compensation in the healthcare industry.
Before joining Gallagher, Brett served as a valuations coordinator at Wells Fargo in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he supported mortgage underwriters in analyzing home appraisal data and products. Brett also served as a finance assistant at Abrigo in Austin, Texas. There he assisted with the integration of banking software companies after recent acquisitions.
Brett graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration, majoring in Finance.
