Brad Veal

Brad Veal is a managing director with Gallagher Executive Search and Leadership Advisors, a part of Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice.

Brad's role at Gallagher includes working with clients to execute the full scope of the search firm's recruitment cycle, where he serves either as the lead consultant on the engagement or part of a collaborative team providing consultative support and solutions.

Brad holds a wealth of industry-specific experience brought from more than 25 years in the healthcare executive search industry. He was instrumental in the development and rapid expansion of a top-five healthcare leadership solutions firm. With his prior organization, Brad served as executive vice president of Executive Search. As a member of the company's executive leadership team, he was actively involved in operational assessments, growth initiatives, market analysis and strategic planning efforts.

Brad has CEO search leadership experience from critical access hospitals through large health systems. He also has extensive experience developing interim services as well as oversight of interim engagements. Recent projects include CIO, CFO, CEO, COOs, CHRO, and executive director placements.

Brad has an excellent understanding of both client and candidate needs and motivations, gained through his diversified executive search engagement portfolio. Brad has conducted hundreds of healthcare searches from executive suite to vice-presidents and directors, as well as interim placement services. He has partnered with clients across the full spectrum of healthcare organizations from critical-access to tertiary care environments.

Brad is based in Gallagher's Kansas City office and holds a Masters in Business Administration from MidAmerica Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Business Administration.
