Annmarie Flaherty

Annmarie Flaherty is a Survey Manager for the Research & Insights service line of Gallagher's Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice.

Ms. Flaherty brings extensive experience in survey design and works with clients and associations in the design and implementation of staff and leadership total compensation surveys.

She serves as the lead for the development and communication of Gallagher's annual surveys, including several custom total rewards surveys.

Prior to joining Gallagher, Ms. Flaherty worked on the Global Database Management team for Hilton Hotels Worldwide.
