Ann Varnedoe

Ann Varnedoe is a Senior Recruiter with Gallagher Executive Search and Leadership Advisors, a part of Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice.

Ann's work focuses on placing professionals in roles that ensure their success. She is a bilingual former educator and researcher with a passion for learning and building relationships.

After graduating from the University of Alabama with degrees in African-American Studies and Psychology, she spent a year in Spain with the Fulbright program. Upon returning, she received her masters at Vanderbilt University. She worked in higher education before coming to Gallagher as a part of the Executive Search Leadership Advisory Team.
