Andy Allison

Andy Allison is a Vice President with Research & Insights, part of Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. Andy provides clients with customer and market research, research-based strategy development, and strategic communications support to establish value in the healthcare supply chain. Andy works with clients to develop a strong value proposition that will resonate with employers and other payers. He helps clients develop and deliver educational initiatives for regional and national employer coalitions.

With more than 30 years in the healthcare industry, Andy has built a therapeutic expertise in multiple disease states. Andy has a strong history of networking across the healthcare supply chain with coalitions, employers, physicians, nurses, allied health care professionals, hospitals, and health care systems. Andy's previous experience includes building successful health education and training programs for health-related professionals, sales force management programs and advisory or strategic customer meetings for clients.

Andy received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
