Allen Sayer

Allen Sayer is a consultant with the Physician Compensation and Valuation service line of Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. Allen helps clients to improve the financial performance of their physician practices and to ensure they meet regulatory compliance.

Allen's areas of specialization focus on analyzing compensation models against related market compensation data and productivity metrics, and providing a global view of the overall financials for a physician practice. Allen also specializes in community health needs assessments and medical staff development plans for organizations throughout the nation. To leverage the data necessary to provide a high-level, accurate analysis, Allen is closely involved in the compilation and organization of survey data that supports the analysis he conducts.

Allen received his Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
