Ali Moin

Ali Moin is a Senior Consultant with the Physician Compensation and Valuation service line of Gallagher's Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice. Mr. Moin specializes in supporting clients in the areas of Fair Market Value and reasonableness assessments of physician services agreements, management service agreements, physician employment, and medical directorships.

Prior to joining Gallagher, Mr. Moin served as a healthcare administrator for large integrated healthcare systems, critical access and community hospitals, and independent practice settings. With oversight for multiple sub-specialty medical, interventional and surgical practices, he focused on strategic planning, development of clinical programs, labor management & engagement, operational performance, master facility and space planning, and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Moin is dedicated to helping clients ensure their practice is operating at maximum efficiency while their existing compensation programs are market competitive.

His client base is national in scope and includes large multi-specialty clinics, integrated healthcare systems, stand-alone hospitals, prestigious academic medical centers, and children's hospitals.

Mr. Moin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Saint John's University in Minnesota, and a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from the University of Minnesota. Professional affiliations include the American College of Healthcare Executives.
