Employees today expect more wellbeing support, underscoring the importance of a robust benefits package. However, with the proliferation of wellbeing point solutions, the challenge for employers is how to prioritize investment in these programs to deliver the greatest impact and gain a competitive advantage.
Buck, a Gallagher Company, conducted its fifth biennial Wellbeing and Voluntary Benefits Survey in November 2023 to track employee perceptions of their physical, mental, emotional, social and financial health. The survey also explored how US employers are using voluntary benefits to meet workforce needs and enhance their benefit programs. The findings will help organizations assess wellbeing gaps, prioritize solutions and raise employee awareness of the available resources.
Data was collected from 698 employees and 255 employer participants for companies with 1,000+ employees.
