Our Tennessee customer was acquired by Middle Eastern Sovereign Wealth Fund (MESWF). They recommended Gallagher as they were acquired by this U.K. — based firm and not familiar with U.S. insurance options. Our U.S. team provided a very attractive option and through the process, MESWF was impressed by our knowledge in the real estate and hospitality sector. Subsequently, they sought our advice on a U.K. asset — an iconic hotel in London's Mayfair district — and we obtained for them the B of R quickly and efficiently.
