Group Business Travel Insurance

Gallagher’s group business travel insurance policies are designed to provide coverage for a wide range of perils including, but not limited to cancelled departures and missed connections, lost or stolen business luggage and money, and accident and sickness while abroad. We access a range of London and international insurance markets in order to build comprehensive coverage for the right cost.

A range of covers for travel near and far

Coverage is effective for the traveller whilst overseas or within their country of domicile – provided they are staying away from home. We can quote for business travellers travelling to all destinations (including war torn and high risk territories) and able to cater for most pre-existing medical conditions.

Typically cover can be offered for; medical expenses and/or medical evacuation in the event of accident or sickness, emergency evacuation or repatriation following a range of perils, from natural catastrophe to civil commotion and political violence. Replacement colleague/personnel cover expenses of arranging for another traveller to a particular destination at short notice if the primary traveller is unable to make the trip.

We also offer higher limits for cancellation, missed connections, extra expenses, delay and curtailment of the trip, lost or stolen baggage (particularly for business equipment such as laptops and smartphones) and business money.

Enhancements and extensions

Our products can be further extended for leisure travel, and we can also include cover for spouse and family, if they are joining part of the trip.
