Neil Clutterbucj

Neil Clutterbuck is the Chair of Pen Underwriting and an Independent Non-Executive Director of Arthur J Gallagher Holdings (UK) Limited.

Neil has extensive insurance experience with specialisms in underwriting, pricing and governance, having spent nearly 20 years at Allianz in a variety of senior management and executive roles. From 2016 to 2021 he was Chief Underwriting Officer for the firm, where he was responsible for setting underwriting, pricing and data strategies in a highly regulated environment. He is currently a senior advisor at Sicsic Advisory, a strategic regulatory and risk consultancy.<.p>
