Louise Baillie is General Counsel for Gallagher in EMEA. She has 20 years’ experience in corporate law and joined Gallagher in 2014. Prior to her current role, Louise spent 11 years leading the M&A legal team during a period of extensive growth through acquisition playing a key role in supporting Gallagher’s growth. She has extensive experience of all aspects of corporate law and management of legal risks.
Prior to joining Gallagher, Louise was an M&A lawyer at Allen & Overy LLP.
