Anna Sargeant
Chief Operations Officer
Anna is the Chief Operations Officer of Gallagher’s UK Benefits & HR Consulting division (GBS). Anna joined Gallagher in 2024 to lead and optimise business operations during a period of acquisition-led growth. Anna is responsible for the overall operations of the business and represents UK interests within the global Benefits & HR Consulting division and overall Gallagher operations.
With 22 years’ experience in strategy consulting, Anna has supported both corporate and private equity clients on value creation, growth strategy, acquisitions and divestments. Prior to joining Gallagher, Anna was a Director at PwC, and then Chief of Staff for their UK Deals practice. She holds a Master of Engineering degree in Materials Science, Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
