Following last year's successful launch, the Gallagher Leader's Scrum was back this season to reward eight dedicated business leaders who stand out from the crowd with their proven track record of making pivotal decisions and the right call to help protect and grow their business.
Off the back of testimonials from last year's winners, over 250 business leaders applied for one of eight coveted places on this season's scheme. Following a panel review we selected the following winners, all of whom demonstrated exceptional leadership:

As part of this year's Gallagher Leaders Scrum the winners have received an invite to an exclusive live event with likeminded individuals, the opportunity for one-on-one mentoring from a renowned business leader as well as panel talks and interactive workshops delivered by specialists from the business and sporting world, including refereeing legend Wayne Barnes and Premiership Rugby Chief Executive Officer Simon Massie-Taylor. On top of that, the 8 winners received 2 hospitality tickets each for the Gallagher Premiership Rugby Final 2024 at the home of rugby, Twickenham Stadium.
