Buildings
As well as your park’s buildings, cover can extend to cover the parks infrastructure including concrete bases, driveways, car parks, swimming pools, artificial playing surfaces, walls, gates and fences, signs, blinds and underground services. If you insure your underground services, the policy extends to cover the costs of tracing leaks, plus the cost of accessing them, including any necessary excavation, and making good the damage caused as a result, up to a maximum of £10,000 on any one claim. Accidental damage cover is included as standard.
Contents
Covers the contents of the commercial buildings, including park machines, machinery, plant, and all other contents normally associated with the business, belonging to you or for which you are responsible. Cover for park machines extends to cover the machinery whilst being used on the Park.
Contents cover also extends to cover freezer contents (deterioration of stock) and loss of money.
Accidental damage cover is included as standard.
Business Interruption
Business Interruption (BI) insurance provides cover for the financial loss suffered by the business caused by interruption or interference to the business by any event covered under the buildings and or the contents section of the policy.
This can include cover for death, injury of the park owner, or any key members of staff.

Legal liability in respect of injury (including death or illness) to any third party and employees and damage to property not belonging to you, caused in the course of the business anywhere in the United Kingdom including the Channel Islands and The Isle of Man.
In addition to the above our policy provides indemnity for:
- £1,000,000 in respect of corporate manslaughter defence costs.
- damage to your customer’s caravans and park homes whilst in your custody and control.
