- Gallagher Benefit Services ("GBS") takes complaints very seriously and will endeavour to handle complaints fairly and promptly, aiming to resolve them at the earliest possible opportunity.
- How to complain. Complaints can be raised to GBS verbally, by email, in writing or via any online portal where access is made available to you. There are no barriers for our clients, pension scheme members, or other employee benefit plan participants to raising, investigating, or responding to a complaint brought to GBS. All complaints will be treated as strictly confidential and we will communicate clearly with clients or members in plain language and without undue delay.

If your complaint cannot be resolved in the first instance, you will usually have the option to raise the complaint through your pension scheme Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure (IDRP). Details for your IDRP can be requested from the Scheme Administrator. If your complaint is not resolved through the IDRP, you may be able to raise it with The Pensions Ombudsman.
