Trav Walkowski

Trav is a strategic mission control leader in the people space. He currently works within Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice.

Before joining Gallagher, Trav honed his mastery of people operations within the consulting and tech sectors, primarily focused on startups and scale-ups. He has extensive knowledge in developing people strategies that foster employee engagement, operational efficiency and organizational evolution.

When he's not immersed in people data, Trav spends his time playing with dogs, relaxing around a bonfire or watching Jeopardy!

Trav holds a bachelor's degree in psychology, a master's degree in psychology with an organizational specialization and a doctorate in organizational psychology. His master's thesis explored incentive plans' effects on employee performance and his dissertation examined the link between leader emotional intelligence and subordinate employee engagement. Trav has also achieved the Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certification, designed for those in strategic senior-level positions, from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), along with many other professional certifications.
