Reese Bacon

Reese Bacon is managing director of Sales Effectiveness with the Gallagher Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice, previously Buck.

Reese has extensive experience in sales effectiveness and business development. Previously, Reese was a partner at Integrated Growth Advisors. Before that, he held the position of director at The Brevet Group, where he was responsible for developing new business, delivering customized engagements related to sales enablement and training, conducting root cause analysis and removing obstacles to client success.

Additionally, Reese has previously worked as the senior director of the Sales Effectiveness Practice at BDO USA, LLP. In this role, he launched a new sales effectiveness business line, refurbished business developer incentive compensation and identified partnership arrangements to expand revenue growth. Before that role. Reese spent more than 14 years at Mercer as the principal of the Sales Effectiveness practice, leading the west unit sales effectiveness practice, developing new business and managing client engagements and relationships across various industries and geographies.

Reese holds an MBA in finance from the University of San Francisco School of Management and a BA in psychology from Eastern University.
