Meghan Hopkins
Project Manager

Meghan Hopkins serves as client success leader for Gallagher's Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness group within the Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. An HR leader bringing more than 25 years of experience, Meghan co-leads the customer success team and provides expertise in HR, training and recruiting services.
Meghan partners with customers to understand their needs and works with Gallagher consulting teams to develop support models to fit those needs. She stays engaged with clients, gathers their feedback, addresses needs that arise and coaches team members to grow their HR knowledge.
Before joining Gallagher, Meghan served as senior vice president of customer success at OperationsInc (OI), an HR consulting firm Gallagher acquired in 2024. Meghan joined OI in 2013 and served as manager of client services and director of HR consulting. Before joining OI, Meghan provided HR, training and talent acquisition support for medical device, commercial real estate and nonprofit organizations.
Meghan earned a BA in English and management from Fairfield University, Fairfield, Connecticut. Based in Norwalk, Connecticut, she participates in nonprofit organizations and serves on committees to support and engage children:
- Norwalk Junior Soccer Association
- McMahon Athletic Club and Senators' Success Fund
- Executive committee of The Workplace, a workforce development nonprofit serving southwestern Connecticut
- Advisory board of Dress for Success of Mid-Fairfield County
