Chris's unique journey began in the drama department at the University of Oklahoma, where he honed his communication and presentation skills — attributes that have proven invaluable in his professional career. Chris joined Gallagher in 2014 as a benefits consultant and has since played a pivotal role in the company's HR Technology consulting practice. He collaborates with organizational leaders to strategize, procure, implement and optimize technology solutions that support enterprise goals related to administration, compliance and human capital.
Before his tenure at Gallagher, Chris worked at UnitedHealthcare in Dallas, Texas, where he began his career in the benefits industry.
