Doing things one way. The right way. The Gallagher Way.
As proud as we are of our growth, we're prouder that we've been able to maintain Gallagher's unique culture as we move into new markets and new lines. It's a culture of ethics and service. One of collaboration in a common interest — the best interest of every client, everywhere. And it's summed up in the 25 tenets of The Gallagher Way.
We continue to build on more than 90 years of experience through partnership with our clients, global colleagues, and the communities we serve. Our values are central to our culture and the way we work — we call it The Gallagher Way. They have been our guiding principle since 1984 when our then chairman, Robert E. Gallagher, wrote them down in his own hand. Today, you'll find the 25 tenets of The Gallagher Way, in each office informing the actions we undertake every day.

When accepted Shared Values are changed or challenged, the emotional impact and negative feelings can damage the Company.
