We’re thrilled to announce the acquisition of Simply, a leading digital workplace transformation consultancy based in the UK.
Founded in 2004 by Marc Wright, Simply empowers global organizations to deliver a best-in-class digital employee experience. Their digital consultancy experts help organizations make sense of their existing digital channels through strategic analysis of communication tools, supporting best practice and governance for a workplace augmented by AI, and implementing new employee experience platforms at scale.
The team also prides itself on growing an international community of 8,000+ communicators and inspiring them to deliver better digital engagement through their flagship annual conferences, regular webinars and workshops, and an impressive library of real-life case studies.
At Gallagher, digital engagement is something we’ve been pioneering for many years. Our annual State of the Sector benchmarking report continues to provide evidence of the trends at play and the growing impact of digital on employees’ lives. This is why we’re delighted to welcome Marc and his team to Gallagher’s Communication Consulting practice.
Our mission as a team is to improve the lives of organizations and their people through world-leading employee communications. From transforming workplace culture to championing employee wellbeing, our work is designed to elevate every aspect of the employee experience. So it only felt right for us to come together.
Gallagher has been investing in the communication and employee experience space from the early 2010s, with a series of acquisitions of world-class communication agencies. Each agency has brought unique expertise and skills so far, and Simply is a fantastic new addition to our 250+-strong diverse and talented team of communicators from around the globe.
We know that thriving employees are at the heart of every successful business. They’re motivated, committed and aligned with the direction of the organization. They act as ambassadors who are emotionally invested in what they do, driving customer satisfaction and make a positive impact on the bottom line. True engagement can only happen when employees feel valued — and great communication is the key ingredient to achieving that.
