• The plan is available only to Trinidad and Tobago residents. New members must be age 59 or younger to be eligible for the plan.
• The plan renews each year on December 1.
• Coverage will continue as long as this plan is in effect and premiums are paid on time.
• Premiums are paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually and are due before the first of each month.
