Tracy Presisniuk

Tracy has been part of the Gallagher team since 2003. As a vice president, Executive Search, Western Region, Tracy provides full-cycle executive recruitment services, sourcing the best candidates to fit the needs of our clients. She's placed candidates in a variety of organizations and industries, and is currently a member of the Public Interest Executive Search team, which focuses on executive search in the public sector. Tracy builds genuine, trusted relationships with both her clients and candidates, understanding that each plays a key role in a successful recruitment.

Before her current role, Tracy used her strong organizational and project management skills to support the day-to-day corporate operations of the Edmonton office as office manager. She brings more than 20 years of executive and corporate administration experience. Before her current role, Tracy spent 14 years at Ernst & Young LLP, providing extensive executive administration and project support to practice areas such as management consulting, executive search, insolvency, valuation, and audit and advisory services.

Tracy is a graduate of Grant MacEwan University. As a born and raised Edmontonian, Tracy values community. She's a volunteer board member of her community association and was seconded to the Neighborhood Revitalization Committee led by the City of Edmonton.
