Tariq Elnaga

Tariq has two decades of experience in a diverse set of industries, including energy, agriculture, retail and financial services, where he served as a director of Talent Management overseeing all aspects of the talent cycle, including talent attraction, succession planning, leadership development and performance management.

Tariq holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering and an MBA, He's both a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) certified.

Tariq's passion is matching exceptional talent with exceptional employers, and he strongly believes in creating that magic fit that works both for candidate and leader. He takes a deep interest in our clients' industries and makes the candidate experience paramount in building long-standing relationships.

On the personal front, Tariq was born a long way from his relatively newfound home in Alberta — in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates — and moved to Canada in 2013. Outside of the corporate world, his life revolves around his horses, which he enjoys training and competing with in various equestrian sports.
