Suzanne Ménard

Suzanne Ménard joined Gallagher in January 2018. As vice president, Career Wellness, she's Career Transition regional leader. She's also involved in various mandates in leadership assessment and development, such as leadership coaching and 360 evaluation. She's a member of the regional executive committee. Her professional career has enabled her to develop a global vision focused on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and goals achievement.
With 30 years of experience in consulting, Suzanne has served as a strategic advisor to leaders and managers in various organizations identifying issues and preparing personalized talent solutions. She has carried out mandates in strategic management, leadership coaching, talent engagement and skills development.
She has a solid track record in managing operations, and supervising project teams and the operational direction of multidisciplinary professional teams. Passionate about human development, she has led several major organizational development projects including organizational surveys, engagement strategies and 360 assessments for companies of all sizes.
Suzanne is a graduate of Aon's Advanced Leadership Program in collaboration with Harvard University and holds a master's degree in training management from the Université de Sherbrooke. She has followed the intensive Organizational Development program at École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) Montréal. She is certified by SuccessFinder at the Expert level. She is member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), in progress of being certified as professional coach.
