Simone Alberts is a coach, facilitator and leader with more than 20 years of global employee and leadership development experience, working nationally and internationally to support individual and organizational performance.
As a coach and consultant, she helps leaders, teams and organizations thrive past challenges, think creatively and strategically, lead authentically and know how to inspire their teams. Her work also includes the use of leadership assessments for individuals and teams, which are designed to identify targeted and evidence-based development opportunities that increase the impact of their development outcomes.
As a leader, she's equally comfortable with the design, management, facilitation, training, coaching and evaluation of in-person and remote development initiatives. As such, she has innovated, led and delivered leadership and team development programs to improve leadership capacity and capability. She specialises in partnering with corporate stakeholders and individual leaders to create strategic solutions that solve key organizational talent challenges.
Simone's work has advanced leadership effectiveness in the following industries: healthcare, mental health and wellness, international marketing and sales, consulting, public service, nonprofit, mining, software, technology, travel and tourism. and higher education.
What makes her work meaningful for her is empowering her clients' success by supporting their personal, strategic and leadership growth. Outside of work, Simone enjoys being active in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and keeping up with her enthusiastic young daughter.
