Sean Bredt

Sean Bredt is an Executive Search team member with Gallagher, based in Toronto.

Sean brings 30+ years of senior leadership experience in consumer goods, retail, food service, and private label manufacturing in food, beverages, durables, semi durables, services in Canada, the United States and internationally. Sean has led and improved businesses in a variety of industries for Canadian and multinational firms, leveraging functional leadership experience in marketing (brand, digital, ecommerce, research) and sales (retail, foodservice, independent, hardware and discount). He also brings a strong foundation in finance, operations, supplier negotiations and the global supply chain. Sean leverages his operating company experience to help leaders and businesses select and retain the talent they need to thrive.

Sean has an honours social science degree in History from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, Canada. He has an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Toronto.
