Sarah Beech

Sarah Beech is Gallagher’s Area President in Toronto. Sarah plays an integral role in building, developing and managing new and existing client and industry relationships. She has more than 30 years’ experience in the benefits industry. She began her career as an underwriter with a major Canadian insurance company. She joined Hewitt Associates, a global human resources and outsourcing firm in 1990, where she eventually led the benefits consulting practice and, later, the entire Canadian consulting operation. She joined Gallagher in 2012 (through the merger partner Accompass). Sarah is a member of the advisory board of Benefits Canada magazine and is frequent spokesperson and author on the topic of employee benefits, including articles and interviews in Benefits Canada, The Globe and Mail, and speaking engagements such as the Economic Club of Canada, and the Conference Board of Canada. Sarah is a member of the Corporate Industry Council for Homeward Bound. She is a graduate of McGill University in Montreal.
